Floors 3-7 will be 2B/1b/1l apartments. These apartments will provide for a fair market rent of $1,590. Since Section-8 is accepted, a low income tenant will likely not have to pay that full rent. With that said, all rents are paid for in part by the tenant, and the rest by Section-8. I would recommend RentPayment service for making sure your rent is paid on time. If you should have questions about the rent you are paying, contact HUD for the Section-8 program. The manager, nor FSP Realty decides the amount of rent you pay every month. If there is an issue with the apartment, then bring it up with the manager, or FSP Realty.
