Floor 1 will be the public foyer. This space will allow a visitor to call the tenant and ring the intercom phone in every unit. The office’s door is also located here with a doorbell to call for the manager. If the manager is not in for any reason though, then one should write an email especially if it is important. Beyond the public foyer will be the mail boxes, a kiosk to pay rent, and hopefully manage the fare card from PRT?, and an elevator to get to the other floors.
Outside the building, there will be a single car garage. This garage is for the apartment manager whether or not they use the apartment. The garage will have a flat roof as dedicated outdoor space for the manager whose unit is on floor 2.
