I will have 2 basements. B2 is the utilities, and other resources not needing to be disclosed for security reasons. B1 will be where the tenant will find the laundry room. These are 5 double load washers, and 5 double load dryers. The tenant can only take up 2 machines at a time. Keep in mind that there is a laundry closet in each apartment. This means the laundry room will likely be used sparingly. Since B2 is restricted, you would need to be approved to activate that button. Even if you bypassed that, there will be a locked door upon exiting the elevator.
