However, one of the big reasons for the realty company will be to provide an affordable rent solution for the tenants. Therefore if every unit was to be rented (I will expect so), then the total rent at $1,590 per apartment to be a total of $7,950. When compared to Duffield, or the Tower, the money generated won’t be much, but 5 households that are in need of a quality place to live will be addressed.
