About a 1 minute walk, the tenant will be able to board the 40: Mt Washington. This route will also take the tenant to a Shop ‘n Save grocery store. There is also walking distance for the post office, however, might not be worth it unless there is something that is really needed. The bus route will also take the tenant to Downtown, and from Downtown, there is a 20 minute bus ride. Gratefully the bus stop is just a minute walk to/from the apartment.
